Christina Mitchell Grace

Christina is a 20-year expert and leader in sustainable food systems. She has a track record of managing projects that drive economic development, address public health and mitigate climate change through better food business practices. Prior to launching Foodprint, she ran the Urban Food Systems Program for New York State Department of Agriculture. Early in her career, she led Marketing for a software tech advisory firm and Thomson Reuters fintech firm. Christina is co-author of the NYC Zero Waste Design Guidelines and a trained cook.

Krietta leads the design of Foodprint’s Zero Waste Program including our growing suite of performance management tools. She came to Foodprint Group from Momofuku Milk Bar where she managed Operations. Her broader expertise in quality control, food safety compliance and vendor management results in creative problem solving and a deep understanding of clients’ day to day realities. Krietta hails from Berkeley, CA. She has over eight years of experience in sustainability and the food service industry, and has been part of the Foodprint team since the beginning.
Laura Sanchez

Laura spent many years working in the food & hospitality industry, and has a background in climate policy and sustainability. Bringing her passion for reducing waste and fighting climate change to Foodprint Group, she analyzes clients’ waste data to deliver reports and recommendations on how to reduce waste. She also provides ongoing support for new and existing clients' Zero Waste Programs. Based in NYC and originally from Florida, Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida.
